✿ Refunds ✿ Orders can only be refunded during the order period, and can only refund the total with the deducted Paypal fee. Once the order period closes, I can no longer honor refunds. I can only provide refunds after in case of missing items after delivery. Please only order if you are willing to wait!

✿ Damaged or Missing Items ✿

I make sure to pack all orders securely in bubble mailers or mailer boxes for acrylics, or with chipboard backing for paper goods to avoid damage during shipment. I cannot be held liable for damages caused by handling from couriers or from customs inspections. If any items are missing, please send me a photo of your order and the included packing list so I can replace or refund the lost items!

✿ Returned or Lost Packages ✿

Orders returned to me can be shipped again, with the shipping fee covered by the buyer. For lost items, I can only offer up to partial refunds for items confirmed to be lost in transit.
